Date changes for this weekend
Last minute changes to my schedule: I'll be at Granville Island Thursday and Friday, not Friday to Monday. Keep your ears open for an upcoming studio sale, June 26! (Date to be confirmed.)

Upcoming city dates
I will be at Granville Island:

Also, I will be selling at Portobello West Market starting this month. PW is a fashion and art market held on the last Sunday of every month at the Rocky Mountaineer train station, at 1755 Cottrell Street, just off Terminal Avenue, beside home depot. It's a great place to connect with up-and-coming local artists and designers. The season opener will be a special all-weekend event, March 27-28, open from noon to 6 pm.

Granville Island dates, October and November
I will be selling at Granville Island Market in Vancouver Thursday, Oct. 29 to Sunday, Nov. 1. Then I will be back a month later, Thursday, Nov. 26 to Sunday, Nov. 29. Stop by my table and say hi!
New designs in the works include cigarette boxes, business card holders, and a new 9-inch fruit bowl with inlaid border.

Upcoming market dates
I'll be at Bastion Square Market (Victoria, BC) on Wednesday and Thursday this week (July 22-23).
Next I will be at Granville Island Public Market (Vancouver, BC) August 13-16.
And of course, most Saturdays (except August 1 and 15) at the Saturday Market on Salt Spring Island, BC.

Vancouver this week
I will be at Granville Island Market in Vancouver this coming week, Monday, June 29- Thursday, July 2. Come and visit my table if you're in the area!
In other news:
The season is off to a busy start. I have just finished applying for some exhibitions, which is somehow more work than it seems! My elaborate mason jars (see April post) have been accepted to be shown at the Canadian pavilion at the Cheongju International Craft Biennale in Korea this fall. I'm working on getting over there myself to present them, but for now I'm excited that my work gets to travel, even if I don't! And, closer to home, look for these framed wall pieces, first at the Precious Metals showcase at Mahon Hall on Salt Spring Island, (July 3-16), and then at the "Unity and Diversity in BC Craft" exhibition at the Vancouver Museum, to coincide with the 2010 Olympics:
And here are some photos of some cuffs which have been selling really well at the markets for $75 each:
